this is my first blog post! i am so excited. i have become quite a blog follower these days, one of my favorites is Sea of Shoes. While i adore fashion, this blog is going to be all about my obsession with interior design. I have always been the kid who changes up her room when she gets bored, always wanting to buy new quilts and dressers. i love decorating rooms and making them into something memorable. well i sure hope people enjoy this blog! i don't really know what i will be doing with this just yet, for now it's all in fun :)
i found this on another great blog, Desire to Inspire. Now i have always had a thing for french themed pieces and this room is AMAZING to me. the mini french doors is such a romantic addition to a room. the small windows above with the antique finishes just make it feel so, vintage parís, don't you think? ah love this room!
oh my goodness
so an important fact about me: i am utterly obsessed with new york city. ever since my first visit when i was seven i can not get enough of it. i could not be more of a city child. so not ONLY is this room placed in what i can easily assume in nyc, it's GORGEOUS. black and white is truly timeless, it never looses its crispness and vitality. i love the mixture of modern and vintage pieces.
oh WHAT i would give to live there. who can honestly say they wouldn't kill for a roof top lounge, black and white chic, with THAT view. i just, i have no words. so beautiful.
